Privacy

We will not, under any circumstances disclose any private or confidential information you share with us without your consent.

Our shopping cart is secure and encrypted to protect your private information. This secure service is provided through a third party solution, Presswise from SmartSoft.

Returns and Refunds

We will replace the product due to errors or manufacturing defects if reported within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for pickup and shipping of the replacement. If a service was provided ie; mail or data, a refund will be offered.

Delivery

Local shipments (Edmonton and area); are sent via our internal delivery service.

Outside the local delivery area; we use a variety of reliable partners, including Canada Post, Purolator and FedEx.

Please allow 5 business days for local shipping and 7 days outside our local area. Shipping times may be adjusted depending on number of products ordered as we do produce based on demand. We may choose to do multiple shipments so we can supply you with some product while we continue producing the rest of your order. We will ensure as few shipments as possible and the original shipping charge at the storefront will be honoured.
